For non registered users, they will have to register themselves on the portal and look for the ‘MCA Services’ tab on the web page. Click on “Get Certified Copies” under the MCA Services tab and fill in the CIN of the company of which we need the documents. Make sure that the document is verified through public inspection, and the year of the desired document is filed of the same year as well.

The applicant must now select the number of pages and copies that are required. After that appears the fee details that are to be paid by the applicant for the certification process. The website also allows the applicant to add desired copies and to add attachments separately. Once the attachments are added, click on “View Payment Details” on the web page and proceed to make the payment. Payments are to be done via Credit/Debit Card/NEFT/Internet Banking. 

Please note that if a Credit Card is being used for the payment, it has to be done within 3 hours. After the payment, the applicant must inspect the desired documents under the ‘My Document’ option on the portal. Once it’s thoroughly inspected, download the certificate/document.

As sometimes, not all documents are available online, i.e., old timed documents, there is even an option to physically verify the documents at the office of the Registrar of Companies.
